Elodia Williams, LPC


Elodia, co-founder/CEO, is a Licensed Counselor since 2012 with expertise in crisis therapy, families, children, adolescents, and adults.

Elodia's practice welcomes individuals who are seeking support for a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief/loss, and life coaching. She is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore and work through these challenges, helping them to achieve a greater sense of well-being and fulfillment.

Her therapy is nurturing and non-judgmental, providing genuine care and acceptance.

Michele Roberts, LAC


Michele, LAC, has long helped kids and families in child welfare.

She has lived all over Arizona and is proud to call Arizona home. Michele has facilitated therapeutic groups for adult Native American residential programs.

She incorporates a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and grounding techniques, into her therapeutic sessions. Her counseling style is characterized by an open-minded, non-judgmental approach, fostering a collaborative environment focused on helping clients achieve their therapy goals..

Mari-Lynet Knight, MS


Mari-Lynet is our dedicated Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer. She brings a wealth of expertise to our team with her impressive achievement of a Masters of Science in Recreation Administration and a remarkable track record of over 15 years in career counseling, program development, event coordination, and adept project management.


Jessica Loya, Intern

Alyssa Engels, LAC


Alyssa is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) that has worked in an outpatient clinic for adolescence. She has done hospital crisis work evaluating all ages from adolescents to elderly patients.

Alyssa leads therapy groups for adult diversion programs, using CBT. She integrates clients' strengths to address behavioral health symptoms using mindfulness and grounding techniques.

Alyssa works to give the client confidence in understanding their mental health and the power to improve overall symptoms and well being.


Felicia is our Psychiatry Director, a Walden University graduate with a Master of Science. She's a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 10+ years nursing experience in various fields.

Felicia has experience in critical care, neurology, neuro trauma, and psychiatry. As a PMHNP, she also works with the SMI population and Court ordered treatment (COT) in an unbiased, non-judgmental manner. She is eager to integrate patient care in a safe, nurturing, collaborative, and innovative environment.

She's passionate about helping kids and teens understand mental illness and thrive. Also eager to assist adults in finding balance for success.

Lacey Kelly, Intern


Kelly is a dedicated counseling intern here at Then and Now Integrated Care Center, where she demonstrates her passion for helping others through her empathetic and attentive approach to therapy sessions.

She found her passion in Denmark, solidifying her plan to return to the US for school.

Kelly is pursuing a master's from Grand Canyon University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

In her leisure time, she finds joy in exploring the great outdoors through hiking, capturing beautiful moments through photography, and expressing her creativity through playing the piano.

Kevin Lou, LAC


Kevin is a licensed counselor in Arizona. He got a Ph.D. in Sports Psychology and two master's degrees in Sports Psychology and Counseling from West Virginia University.

Kevin is certified to help athletes, performers, and artists with their mental performance through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology.

He has experience working with professional baseball players, college athletes, young athletes, and teams, as well as in a college counseling center.

Originally from Southern California, but most recently moved from Morgantown, West Virginia.

Kevin usually uses Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) in his counseling sessions, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques.


Rochelle Butler, LMSW

Rochelle Butler (LMSW) has worked in mental health, crisis intervention, and crisis response since 2007. She has experience with diverse clients of all ages, races, and ethnicities in various settings, providing broad knowledge and understanding.

Rochelle's preferred style of therapy is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and SFT (Solution Focused Therapy), as she values their evidence-based approaches and emphasis on practical strategies for managing emotions and achieving personal goals.

Margaret Mohr, LAC


Margaret is a Licensed Associate Counselor with experience in both outpatient and inpatient services for adolescents. She is skilled in de-escalating crisis situations as a first responder and providing support through debriefings.

Margaret leads therapy groups for court-ordered adults for DUI, Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence, and Anger Management. She uses a positive, non-judgmental approach to build strengths and resilience, incorporating CBT, SFBT, and trauma-focused therapy.

Her personality allows for clients to be empowered by providing a safe space with patience and understanding. 


Jessica is a counseling intern here at Then and Now Integrated Care Center. She is currently attending Grand Canyon University to pursue her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Since 2020, Jessica has dedicated her expertise to supporting adults diagnosed with Severe Mental Illness and General Mental Health conditions in outpatient clinics. Throughout her role, she has adeptly led group sessions focused on an array of valuable topics, including coping skills, problem-solving techniques, effective communication strategies, and deepening understanding of various diagnoses.

She takes great pride in her work, finding immense gratification in delivering top-notch services to our members. Her ultimate goal is to ensure that every individual leaves our care feeling self-assured, equipped with invaluable tools to confront life's obstacles head-on.
